Meet the Oakland wellness studio for EVERYONE
The Abundance Collective (376 40th St, just off 40th and Tel) is a female-owned, donation-based studio offering:
Yoga (Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, Restorative)
Breathwork, Somatic Dance & Embodiment
Women's Circles, Infant/Toddler Open Gym, Grief Club, and more
And like the Berkeley OG Yoga for the People – The Abundance Collective only asks that you pay what you can and nobody is ever turned away.
BUT unlike the Berkeley OG… there’s actually space for you. iykyk.
If you've been looking for a studio in Oakland centered in wellness, connection, and joy, consider this your sign.
(New to the studio? You can book for free and pay when you arrive.)

ASK A REALTOR
Q: “Did agents’ commissions change?”
A: Yes, and it’s good news for buyers — commissions are more transparent.
For decades, buyer's agent pay was baked into seller fees and mostly invisible. That changed in 2024 — now you'll sign an agreement upfront that spells out exactly what your agent earns and what you both owe each other.
As for who pays? Most East Bay sellers still cover the buyer's agent fee because it attracts stronger offers. If a seller says no, your agent will walk you through your options. Different than before, but honestly? Better.
